Please choose your yarn carefully. We do not accept returns if the yarn is damaged in any way. If you receive your order and it is not what you have ordered please ring or email the shop to organise an exchange.
All orders leave our shop in good condition. If your order is damaged in transit we will refund your order. Goods returned to the shop must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, order number, customer’s email address, phone number and delivery address.
We use Australia Post and delivery can take up to 10 days in parts of Australia. We send our parcels by Standard or Express post and they are not insured. We cannot be responsible for lost or uninsured packages.
